A Summer Life

I very recently started reading the book "A Summer life" by Gary Soto and so far it is very good. Although I have not read a lot of the book, I noticed the titles of the chapters go along with the stories that take place through-out the chapter in some type of way. It is basically a collection of 39 stories (39 chapters). It starts off with his childhood and I have a good feeling that it will go out through-out the teenage years and maybe into adult years.

    I really like Gary Soto! We used to use A Summer Life in class sometimes. You just reminded me how great the book it is. I wish you had chosen a few stories to summarize. 17/20
