A dog called Homeless

The book I am reading is called A Dog Called Homeless by Sarah Lean. The main character is Cally Fisher she is  loud and is untrusted. Cally Fisher lives with her dad and brother in the house she grew up in. The house reminds Cally of her mom because the house was still left the way her mom left it, the way her mom loved it. Cally's dad had budget cuts at his work, which made them move into an apartment what ever he did Cally wasn't satisfied with it. Cally and her brother were not happy with the move and didn't understand why. Cally refused to talk to her dad, no matter what he was talking about. Cally was seeing her mom at the park she tried to tell her family but they didn't see anything and didn't believe her. One day Cally was walking and saw a homeless man, teenage boys were stealing his money but soon stopped by a baker from the shop. The baker handed a bag of food to give to Jed the homeless man. Cally saw  a dog with Jed and called the dog Homeless from the sign Jed was holding.  It was the same dog Cally saw with her mom. The apartment next to theirs were home to Mrs. Cooper and her son Sam. Sam was deaf and blind but he was still just like everyone else. Sam used brail as a way to communicate to people. As the story went on Cally and Sam relationship was a very good one. Mrs. Cooper was very kind to Cally when they first came to their new apartment even though to Cally it wasn't home.
I picked this book because by the cover it looked interesting. The cover is like a story, it makes you want to read it. When I started the book, it was hard to put the book down. I would recommend it to anyone.
The connections I see is between Cally and Sam it is a different connection then you would usually see it ,isn't that simple to have such a great bond like Sam and Cally do. It is hard for Cally to talk to Sam at first because she didn't really understand that Sam cant hear or see. Cally becomes an great friend to Sam, she takes him to the park with her. Then there is also an connection between Cally and Homeless the dog. Homeless was like an gift sent from her mom, Cally saw her mom walking with the dog. These connections became a big part of Cally's life. There friendship reminds me of a braille  friend ship necklace because that is way he communicates to people.
