Alexia and Kari are both twin sisters who didn't even know they were sisters for half their life. My book My Double Life reminds me of the movie The Parent trap because the two twin sisters went to a camp over the summer, but saw a picture of their parents they had ripped in half and then realized they were sisters. The two sisters decided to switch houses when they left and go with opposite parents. After a while one of the parents realized what was going on and told the other one. The mother and father meet up to get their daughter back but then wanted each other back. Also in the book the two parents said they were going to try talking more just like the movie.

My Double Life
The book I'm reading is My double life by Janette Rallison Alexia is this poor girl from West Virgina who finds out she has a celebrity father and twin sister. She has the option to go leave her mom and grandma to go help work for her sister. After all she's always wanted to go visit them. While Alexia is enjoying her life becoming a celebrity she seems to get into some boy drama which makes her want to go home. After bring Kari her twin sister for many weeks she decided that being famous wasn't so easy. I choose this book because it looked very interesting.
